The template installation process is simple and can be done in two ways.
Step 1: Log into your WordPress dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Appearance → Themes as shown below.
Step 3: Click the "Add New" button.
Step 4: Click the upload button and select the theme zip file:
File name:newspaper-magazine-blog-pro_1.0.zip (version may vary)
Step 5: WordPress will install your theme and prompt you to activate it.
Installation via FTP
Login to your FTP client and upload the theme folder to wp-content/themes.
Once activated, you will be redirected to the Theme Setup Wizard.
Demo Importer
To import demo content exactly as shown on our live demo site, follow these steps:
Go to Appearance → Theme Setup Wizard.
Add your activation key received via email.
Click “Start Now”. Plugins required will be listed under “More Info”.
Click “Install Plugins” to begin installation.
Click “Import Demo” to install demo content.
Once complete, your homepage will display the demo content.
Customize Demo
Customize your site via Appearance → Customize → Theme Settings.
Section Reordering & Typography
You can change global theme colors and fonts in one click.
Each section includes options to customize content, titles, buttons, and background colors.
Global Color
Change the full theme color under Appearance → Customize → Theme Settings → Typography.
Scroll to the bottom and select both color options to apply the gradient.
Section Reordering
Drag and reorder theme sections to fit your layout preferences.
Configure "Top Bar"
Go to Appearance → Customize → Top Bar to update the content.
Configure "Header Navigation"
Navigate to Appearance → Customize → Site Identity and upload your logo.
Manage the header menu from Appearance → Menus in the dashboard. It’s divided into left and right sections—make sure to update both.
Now go to Appearance → Customize → Theme Settings → Header to update header content.
Configure "Tags" Section
Open "Tags" from the Theme Settings panel in the Customizer.
Update background visuals using "Background Color" and "Background Images".
Adjust the number of tags to show, and fill in each box with your content.
Go to Dashboard → Posts → Tags to view demo tags. Make sure each tag is assigned to posts.
Scroll down to see all the color customization options for this section.
Configure "Recent Blog"
Open the "Recent Blog" section from Theme Settings.
Posts shown here are filtered using the ‘Recent Blog’ tag. Check the images below for guidance.
Configure "Categories" Section
Open "Categories" from the Theme Settings panel in the Customizer.
Update visuals using the "Background Color" and "Background Images" settings.
Set the number of boxes to display, and customize each one individually.
Scroll down to explore all available color settings for this section.
Configure "Don't Miss"
Go to Theme Settings → Don't Miss in the Customizer.
This section filters posts by a tag. You can create a new tag, assign it to posts, and then select that tag in the Tag field of the Customizer. See reference image below.
Configure "Tech Reviews"
Go to Theme Settings → Tech Reviews in the Customizer.
This section filters posts using a tag. Create a tag, assign it to posts, and select it using the Tag field. You can also control how many posts appear in this section.
Configure "Latest Update"
Go to Theme Settings → Latest Update in the Customizer.
Filter posts using a tag by creating one, assigning it to posts, and selecting it in the Tag field. You can also update the call-to-action button and its link.
Configure "Featured Stories"
Open Theme Settings → Featured Stories in the Customizer.
Customize background color and image settings using the available options.
Increase the number of boxes and add content to each individually.
Scroll down to access all color customization options for this section.
Configure "Latest Blog"
Go to Theme Settings → Latest Blog in the Customizer.
Posts here are filtered by category. Create a new category, assign it to posts, and select it in the Category field. You can also set how many posts to display.
✅ Step 1: Open the Post Editor
Go to Posts → Add New in your WordPress dashboard.
✅ Step 2: Select “Video” Post Format
Use the Post Format dropdown in the editor sidebar.
Select Video to treat the post as a video blog.
✅ Step 3: Add a YouTube or Vimeo URL
Find the Post Video URL field (depends on theme).
Paste your video link. WordPress will embed it automatically.
Configure "Must Read"
Go to Theme Settings → Must Read in the Customizer.
Posts are filtered by tag. Create one, assign it to your posts, and select that tag in the Tag field. You can also control how many posts are shown.
Create a Video Post
✅ Step 1: Open the Post Editor
Go to Posts → Add New.
✅ Step 2: Choose “Video” Format
Find the Post Format dropdown (usually in the sidebar) and select Video.
✅ Step 3: Add the Video URL
Locate the Post Video URL field.
Paste your YouTube or Vimeo link—WordPress will embed it automatically.
Configure "Contact Us"
Go to Theme Settings → Contact Us in the Customizer.
Here you can update the page title, tagline, and insert your form shortcode.
Configure "Video Category"
Go to Theme Settings → Video Category in the Customizer.
You can adjust the background color, add background images, increase the number of boxes, and edit each one individually.
Scroll to the bottom for full color customization options.
Configure "Featured Blog"
Go to Theme Settings → Featured Blog in the Customizer.
Posts are filtered by category. Create and assign a category to your posts, then select it in the Category field. You can also configure the button text and link.
Configure "Travel Articles"
Go to Theme Settings → Travel Article in the Customizer.
Posts are filtered by category. Create one, assign it to posts, and select it in the Category field. You can also update the button text and link.
Configure "Newsletter"
Go to Theme Settings → Newsletter in the Customizer.
Edit the page title, tagline, and insert your newsletter form shortcode.
Configure "Footer"
Go to Theme Settings → Footer.
Adjust the number of footer columns and set their width using Bootstrap grid values.
To update footer widget content:
Go to Appearance → Widgets.
There are four widget areas—open and update each as needed.
For navigation menus, first create a menu via Appearance → Menus.
The Navigation Menu block in the widget will link to the selected menu.
Configure "Copyright"
Go to Theme Settings → Copyright.
Edit the copyright text field to customize the footer note.
Configure "Page Banner"
To update the default banner, go to Theme Settings → General Settings and scroll to the bottom.
To use individual banners for each page:
Edit the desired page (e.g., Contact Page).
In the right sidebar, locate the Page Banner setting.
Upload your custom banner image here.
Configure "Blog Page"
This section contains global blog settings. To access it, go to Theme Settings → General Settings.
Configure "Single Post Page"
Access via Appearance → Customize → Theme Settings → Single Post Page.
Here you can customize layout, elements, and styling for single blog posts.
Configure "General Settings"
This section contains overall theme configuration. Access it via Theme Settings → General Settings.
Configure "404 Page"
Go to Theme Settings → 404 Page Settings.
Here you can customize the content and design of your 404 error page.
Configure "Theme Layout"
Go to Theme Settings → Theme Layout Settings to switch between full-width and boxed layout modes.
Configure "Responsive Settings"
Access via Theme Settings → Responsive Settings.

Set the mobile menu sidebar width to fit your design preference
