Template Installation

You can install template by two methods

Login

1. Now Moving through the side Menu Go to themes via Appearance

2. Now Select "add-new"

3. Now Upload your theme.

4. Your Theme will now be installed by WordPress.

Great..! your theme is installled..

Now Run the demo importer to fill the values in cutomizer settings and it will installl the required plugins as well.

On Tap "Demo-import

Once the process is finished you can see demo content. It guides you for creating a website

From Menu Click Dashboard then Appearance then About Theme

Before started "Run Importer" first installed "building constructor Pro-Posttype".

How to set "Home-Page"

Set ""Home-Page"".

1) Now Click Pages Tab add-new On Dashboard

To set a static page as the front page, go to the "Front-Page" portion and choose the option to display a static page. You can title the page having word "HOME" title you want.

2) Set Front Page for your Site :In Meny Select Reading under settings --> No you should select display as static & select "Home-Page" template.

Once the process is finished you can see demo content.

1) Set "Section-Ordering" portion

Re-ordering & Arranging portion

For reorder drag the required portion to neccessary position.

For portion Ordering.

From Menu Click Appearance >> then "Theme Setting" >>portion Ordering

2) Set "Top Bar" portion

For Topbar,

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Top Bar

3) Set "Header" portion

For header,

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Header

Header portion include address and contact details.

Set header.

Add Header Contact Icon Color : This option allows you to add color or changing the color of icon
icon in the Header of your site.
Add Header Contact Details Color : This option allows you to add color for the details text in header. Adding color text
in the header of your site.
Add Header Contact Details Font family: You can change the font family of contact details text.

4) Set "Site-Identity" portion

For Site-Identity,

From Menu Click Appearance than Custumize than Site-Identity

5) Set "Slider" portion

Set the slider

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Slider Settings

"Disable/Enable" option allows you to choose whether to display or hide a particular portion.
You can use the "No. of Slider" option to select carausel numbers that should appear.
"Slider Image" option lets you upload the images that should use for the carausel.
"text for carausel" option is where you can enter the text that should display on the carausel.
"Text for carausel Button " option is where you can enter the text that should appear on the button in the carausel.

6)Set "About-us" portion

For Search About-us portion,

Set About-us portion.

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>About-us

7)Set "Services" portion

Set Services portionn,

For Services portion, installing and activating Building Constructor Pro-Posttype is required. After activation, Services portion will appear in dashboard.

From Menu Click Dashboard >> Services >>"add-new"

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >> Services portion

Setting Options : select property from the list which should show in this portion.
Background image: Click here to add the background image in this portion.
portion Main Heading: Allows you to set title of your portion.
portion Button Title: It allows you to set the Title of button.

8) Set "Our Project" portion

Set the Our Project For Your portion

For Tour Type portion, installing and activating Building Constructor Pro-Posttype is required. After activation, Popular tour portion will appear in dashboard.

From Menu Click Dashboard >> Project >>"add-new".

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Project

Disable/Enable option: Disable/Enable option to display or disable this portion.
portion Main Heading : Allow you to enter the title for your portion.
portion Sub Heading: Click here to write the description of your title.
Select Button : Add the view all Project Button in this portions.

9) Set "Records" portion

Set Records portion

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Records portion

Disable/Enable option: Disable/Enable option to display or disable this portion.
Number of record to show: Click here to set the Number of record to show .
Record Title : Click here to write the Record Title of your site .
Background Image: background Image which you have necessary in the above portion.

10) Set "Our Team" portion

Set Our Team portion.

For Our Team portion, installing and activating Building Constructor Pro-Posttype is required. After activation, Our Team portion will appear in dashboard.

From Menu Click Dashboard than Team than"add-new"

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Our Team

Disable/Enable option: Disable/Enable option to display or disable this portion.
portion Main Heading: Allow you to enter the Heading for your portion.
portion Sub Heading: Click here to write the description of your portions.
Number Of Team To Show: Enter the number of Team to show in this portion.

11) Set "Testimonial" portion

The testimonial portion will appear in the dashboard after installing and activating the Building Constructor Pro-Posttype .

For Testimonial portion,

From Menu Click Testimonial portion, "add-new" post, enter post name, contents and set featured image. Then click on publish.

From Menu Click Dashboard >> Testimonial >> "add-new" Post

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Testimonial

For Last Minute Offer portion,

Disable/Enable option: Disable/Enable option to display or disable this portion.

From Menu Click Appearance >> "Custumize" Option >> Then "Theme Setting" >>Post Settings

18) Set "Footer Text" portion

For Footer Text portion,

From Menu Click Appearance >> Customize >> Themes Settings>> Footer Text.

In this portion you add all the Title & url. Options here are further described according to the portions they belong to

Disable/Enable option:

19) Set Contact

Installing and activating contact forn 7 plugin is required. after the installation of contact forn 7 plugin. Contact options will appears on the Dashboard

From Menu Click Dashboard >> Contact >> "add-new" Post

From Menu Click Dashboard >> Page >> contact page

From Menu Click Appearance >> Theme setting >> Contact

This will allow you to add the contact-page portion.

20) Set "Footer" portion

For Footer

Step 1.From Menu Click Dashboard >> Appearance >>Widgets

Step 2. Select Footer
(a) Footer One
(b) Footer Two
(c) Footer Three
(d) Footer Four
(ii) Click on "save" button

For creating this portion, From Menu Click widgets of Appearence then select required widgets footers columns for tags, images, logo, contact and gallery.

Step 2.From Menu Click Dashboard >> Appearance >>Customize >> Footer Widgets

This will allow you to add the Footer portion.

For services-Shortcode --> [building-constructor-pro-services] - used to display services page.
project Shortcode --> [building-constructor-pro-project] - used to display project page.
